To drive sales to National Public Radio’s e-commerce site, Hot In The Kitchen developed a series of email campaigns across 2019 and 2020. The campaigns highlighted the latest NPR Shop offerings, featuring both NPR staff and loyal listeners modeling merchandise. The campaigns were executed within Salesforce, with complementing social and digital ads on NPR.org and within NPR Newsletters. Hot In The Kitchen established campaign messaging as well as creative look and feel, resulting in record sales the last two years - particularly during key holiday timeframes like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Additionally, Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me! needed to help guide member stations in communicating appropriate brand tonality – HITK created a Style Guide with all the wit and flair of the show itself.
